We provide a software platform that enables shop owners to manage products, billing, orders, invoices, and customer communication. We do not sell or resell web hosting services. All server infrastructure and technical management are maintained by us.
By using this platform, you confirm that you are a shop owner or an authorized representative and will use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Each shop is provided access via domain mapping or assigned login. Shop owners do not receive server, database, or hosting access. Login credentials must be kept confidential.
Fees charged are platform usage / service fees. Fees may be monthly, yearly, or promotional (e.g., ₹1 / ₹100 plans). Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Shop owners are responsible for the accuracy of product details and pricing. We are not responsible for business losses, incorrect pricing, or customer disputes.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm platform integrity.
All software, design, and system architecture belong to JSM Marketing Platform. Shop owners are granted usage rights only, not ownership.
We are not liable for business losses, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
